整个 and 所有

What is the difference between the way 整个 and 所有 are used?

整个 means "whole", 说的是一个整体。

所有 means "all", 说的是数量的总和。

eg, 他整个人都变了。

所有人都来了。

整个学校的人都知道这件事了。

所有学校都拒绝他的申请。

So would I be right in saying

整个 means 'every part of'

and

所有 means 'every one of'
