Poddies I Need Help

Hello Poddies.

I need help. I am trying to write someone at Chinese Pod about my account. I only get responses from the "Counselors". I need someone in management.

No "counselor" is responsive to me. They give short brick wall answers.

Does anyone know anyone maybe at Praxis who I can email?

I am getting the runaround and the "ignore." Very frustating. I don't want to begin bashing on my other websites in order to get attention.

In theory, you should be able to go to support@chinesepod.com, and get some help.  If that doesn't work, you could also in theory go to the top, and email Hank Horkoff, who will forward your help request to someone down the chain.  Maybe start with Peterning (click on his name to send him an email) and start with that).
