我可不可以说：“我要去中国邮政赔账单”？

                    “服务员，赔买单。”

你应该说：我要去中国邮政付账单。

            服务员，买单/结帐。

“赔”的意思是to make good，比如说：

我打破了饭店的杯子，所以我要赔。
