When will the dialect series for Taiwanese start?

We are not planning any dialect series in the short term since we haven't got overwhelming request for it. We are currently focused on improving and expanding our current offerings though. You can read more about the new projects in this blog post.

By Taiwanese do you mean "Minnan" (spoken in part of the Fujian province)? Even within Taiwanese there are several dialects due to ethnic groups, regions, and a series of other factors. Maybe... if you gave them some input as to how you would like the series to be set up, that may encourage them to start the series?
