Thanks to Chinesepod for highlighting a show which has developed a large following around the world as well as online. I am fortunate to be able to watch the show via cable TV in America. With shows coming and going like the seasons, the show has been able to survive for 6 years. They cover lots of topics, so this one show is just a small sample. People can try to find the episdode in February 2011 where they interviewed the stars and director from the Green Hornet, Jay Chou, Seth Rogen, and Michel Gondry. I look at such shows as pop entertainment and a good break from the usual lessons. It would be a huge undertaking to provide transcripts for the show in both simplified and traditional characters, and provides good practice for those not familiar with the other. Hopefully, Chinesepod can provide more media shows on similar popular shows from the mainland as well.
