Help needed!

I subscribed to ChinesePod about a month ago and downloaded the mobile application to my itouch. All was well for a week but since then I have not been able to open it on my itouch. I have reset all my settings and tried downloading it again but it still won't work. I have taken my itouch to the Apple store and they can't resolve the problem. I've emailed ChinesePod and followed all their steps to resolve the problem...but still no joy. I'm getting pretty annoyed as the only reason I subscribed was that I spend a lot of time traveling each day and wanted this application to study on the go.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'll be eternally grateful for anyone who can solve this glitch!
