Basic subscription

Ni hao!

I have a question for those using the basic subscription or for those who know anything about it.
If I subscribe to a basic subscription will i still be able to download the pdf's, the cd quality podcast and the audio review?

And are all the lessons or only the newbie lessons available when using basic?
