Any TV news program with subtitles ?

Does anyone know if there are any TV news programs with subtitles/captions (in the same way we have for TV soap-operas) ? I'm struggling at lot (and mostly fail) to do the transition from written news to audio-visual TV news...thank you very much in advance for your help.
