Not equal to early breakfast put on hands on ...?

不如早点出手?

Flummoxed as to what this means.

The first two words mean "not equal" or "compare", the middle two means "earlier", the last two means "to do" or "to take action" (literal translation-- put out hand).  

So, in essence, it means "better to do something early".
