Yesterday i watched a chinese movie, altough i did not understand much of it (only chinese subs ) i learnd that

我一个人

translates to " I am lonely " or " I am alone " depending on the context...like in “我一个人来北京”

can i use this 一个 pattern for other things?
maybe someone could give me some examples?
