Hi Keth. Do you mean this: 辶.

The trick is to know the pronunciation of the individual part. Then you just enter it like any other character.

辶 is pronunced chuò. You should find the radical as one of the options when you enter the pinyin.

The right side of 叫 is pronunced jiū - so enter that and you should get the option for for 丩(though you'll have to trawl through the menu a bit to find it as there are a lot of more common characters pronuced jiu).

You can use this website to find the pronunciations of the individual radiacals. Just enter the character in question and it will give you the individual parts and their pronunciations.

Thanks toianw .I did know about the web site , but being at bit dim, could  not work out that once I knew the pronunciation I could get the character on its own! This will make things a lot easier to sort out from now on.Very much appreciate your help!

Hi Keth. The left side of 那 is pronunced rǎn (冄). It's seems to be an obsolete character now but it's listed in the Kangxi dictionary under the radical 冂 (jiōng). It seems as a stand-alone character, it's now written as 冉 which is also a compnent in several other characters.
