Cancel recurring subscription

I cannot cancel the recurring payment of my premium subscription. I always get an error message when I try to do it. Could you please help me to cancel it.

I just checked up on your account status, and everything's set. Your billing has been cancelled and you won't be billed again next month. We're sorry about the confusion.
