Placement Tests etc.

For some strange reason, I can no longer find a way to start a placement test (or indeed any other kind of self-assesment). Any ideas what happened?

Ha - hope the next one makes you feel a bit more cheerful.

Yeah, it could just be me being very silly, but I simply cannot find the buttons to press to start the test. In the 'Progress (Beta)' tab on my home page, I get all the stats etc. about previous tests and exhortations to have another go now, but nowhere is there an obvious button to press to click through the tests themselves.

God, I'm glad I got that preemptive admission of probably being very silly! Thanks a lot, pal! That said, I think there would be a lot of sense in linking up the progress Tab with the Test features.

Grambers, don't go to the dashboard but click on Tools and you'll find the Tests tab there.

Hi Grambers,

Can you tell us a bit more about what problem you're having? I just tried taking a placement test to check what's happening. The results were a bit disappointing, but otherwise the test worked well.
