April 28, 2007, 09:33 AMOh yah, forgot about that! Brings me flashbacks of your excellent on-the-ground post about this absurd pre-holiday workup. http://www.sinosplice.com/life/archives/2003/05/28/vacation-absurdity It's past 5:30 pm and lots of you are still there!

April 28, 2007, 03:42 PMWhile I think they would be blue on any given weekend like they are now, don't you know what happens in China before any major holiday such as the 5 day break next week? OVERKILL!! Err... I mean, OVERTIME! My roommate who works for an American company even has to work all day Saturday and Sunday to make up for the vacation time that he even has to sleep at the company. I say that now, but after watching the Saturday Show it sounds like they already are on break this weekend. CPod, you deserve the break! (but I do hope there are a week load of lessons! :)

April 29, 2007, 07:27 AMSunday's are for naps and reading. People should not work on Sundays. It's Sunday here in China and looks like everyone's blue. Is it THAT much fun to work at the (whip'crack) Cpod factory? ;p Then again, maybe they're all 'remote' or 'offsite', that's what I used to say when I worked from my 'offsite' Wifi Starbucks office.

April 29, 2007, 04:43 PMLantian, as long as I do not switch my network connection I often stay logged in even if I shut down the computer. Makes life comfortable for us users, but probably hard for that blueman group to our right. Maybe CPod needs to add an inactivity-status later. If the CPod team really *is* still at work that would be really scary, even in combination with a pyjama party...

April 27, 2007, 07:25 PMIt supposed to mean they're currently online, but I don't think it works in real time.
