July 26, 2015, 07:01 PMI actually was asked by a guard at my gate if I had eaten or not, and thinking it was small talk, I said I hadn't, which was the truth. Next thing I know he wants me to come in and eat with him, some weird containers of left overs or something. I had to try hard to get out of that one.

August 07, 2014, 04:38 PMFinally got to listen to this today. It was tough even when I left ChinesePod when John did, as it was something that has been a big part of my life since 2006. I never got to do any recordings so no one heard my voice, but very happy Shanell got this opportunity. I knew Shanell before I even worked at ChinesePod, so it was great being fellow poddies and then worked at the company. :) Yes, hope ChinesePod is around forever! :)
