Is it true that you have discontinued the iPhone uploads for the iPhone app.

I really enjoyed the few weeks I had it but now it seems not to work now.

Hi Jenny

I did have trouble accessing them but now it is fine.
I really like this app and so I want to point out that the volume of the dialog and vocab is too low.
The listening volume is fine but I can hardly hear the other 2 areas even with my Bose headphones on and iPhone at full volume.

nope it is fine with all other music and even the Chinese Pod listenings are fine it is just the dialog and vacab. volume that are too low.

Would it be undue burden just to crank it up a tad to match the output of the listenings?

It's fine from our end and we havn't gotten this kind of feedback from users in general. It might be caused by the volume limit feature in your phone. It's in Settings>Music>Volume Limit. You might want to try turn it off.

Could you be more specific about the problem? Do you mean you can't access new lessons in your app?
