Problem with sounds files etc

So I'm unable to play expansion sounds using firefox due to a problem with Flash. When I try to log into my account using IE, where the sounds work, I get a message saying "you don't have permission to view CRM." I have no clue what this means but it blocks me from logging in. Help from the staff would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for trying to help. I can't figure out what's wrong with my schizophrenic computer but I still think it has something to do with flash and Mozilla.

dave, I mentioned this on your CRM thread. No idea about CRM but on the Mozilla/Flash problem, do you have an ad blocking plug-in? If so try disabling it.
