Help!

I recently purchased a premium year long subscription and still do not have access to the course. I have signed out, logged back in multiple times. I have waited for a day. I fly to China on Friday and would love to download some of the 2,200 lessons I was promised when I paid you 249 dollars. A long flight is a perfect time to study.
