Customer Support during the Chinese National Holidays

Dear Poddies,

As the National Holidays here in China are quickly approaching, I just wanted to inform you that we will be on limited support from October 1st to October 7th.

Support will be limited to email (support"at"chinesepod.com) and the community board "Technical Problems on Site".  Phone support will not be available, however, our voicemail system will still be running.

Furthermore, as much of our tech team will not be present during the holidays, there may be some delays in any tech-related inquiries.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.
