How to Pronounce 出去！

I cannot pronounce this word for the life of me.  

Any tips?

Yeah, I had the same problem when I first started... for me, the key is the position of the tongue. for 'chu' the tongue is further back, touching the top of the mouth when voicing the sound. for 'qu' the tongue is closer to the teeth, letting less air through than with 'chu'. between what I wrote, and listening to the sounds (parhaps download the pinyin chart and listen and do what I mention above). See if it helps. If not, well, hey.. I tried.. perhaps seek out a native speaker to help, or listen to different perspectives.

To pronounce 出, curl your tongue upward and say "chu".   The ǚ sound for 去 is challenging and you might need somebody to show you how to do it. I have been correcting my daughter on this for 4 years.

The final u (as in 出) should be pretty easy for most English speakers.

For the final umlaut u (as in 去), if you are a native English speaker then this is a really tough sound to master, the tongue is similar to j,q,x but the lips are very rounded.

A good method is to watch the video under the umlaut u link at the following link and keep repeating.
