Android App and Bookmarked lessons

My dashboard is here: http://www.evilkitchen.ca/images/website-dashboard.png
And my mobile app is here: http://www.evilkitchen.ca/images/mobile.png
(The mobile app also displays 'Sending a Large File', the screen just isn't long enough to show it)
This started happening at some point between the release of the elementary lessons 'Do you have class this afternoon?' and 'Leaving a Tip'. I was able to download the bookmarked lessons from 'Hangover' down, but when I added 'Drawing Suns' it wouldn't sync to my phone.
Here's what I've done so far to try to resolve the issue on my end.
- log out of my account and back in.
- uninstall and reinstall chinesepod
- uninstall, delete everything on my phone that relates to chinesepod (it's an unlocked phone, so pretty sure I got everything) and then reinstall.
- I got a shiny new nexus 7 tablet for christmas so I've installed chinesepod on it as well. Same issue.
- format/factory reset my phone (and re-lock it) and then reinstall chinesepod.
None of the above has resolved my issue.
My phone is an HTC One X and the OS was ICS before the format/reset but is now Jellybean (I don't recall the exact version numbers) and the tablet is also Jellybean. I upgraded to the latest version of the chinesepod app as soon as it was released and have been running it since.
Hope that's helpful!
