中文播客可以让你轻松学会中文。

The translation of this is "Chinesepod can help you easily master chinese."

I am trying to break into the intermediate level and have been studying "adverbial modifiers". In this sentence the word "easily" describes the verb "master".  My question is...

Why don't we use say.... 轻松学会  or something like that in order to modify the verb? Can someone explain this to me or give me another example to clarify?

My understanding of it is that sometimes you need it and sometimes you don't.  You can say 轻松地学会 too of course, but I can't give you a reason to what difference it makes sorry.  I hope you get a proper answer.
