Proper Table Manners

Hi everyone, I am new to the site and I listen to Chinese Pod when I get a chance. I am very new to the language and I am currently going on a small field trip with my Laoshi and classmates to a resteraunt. Is there proper table manners and etiquette that I should know about? Do we offer a seat? Do we do/ not do certain things? Any help would be great. She is from Taiwan, if that matters.
