Cannot See My lessons!!!

A few weeks ago you guys changed something and now all I can see is a menu from 2006 showing ALL levels, Newbie, Elem, Inter, Upper Int and Advanced, I've been emailing and getting USELESS links and NO ONE IS HOME at Cpod to help me fix the problem!!!!! You say you are \"for busy people\" yet I've wasted hours trying to fix it and cannot and today I finally call your 400 number and of course, busy....useless Tech Support, despite good course content. I've been a LONG TIME subscriber, but super frustrated. You want many paying customers, but not willing to spend on tech support--just all bot driven....I get Ken Carroll's 2006 lesson \"Just a Flesh Wound.\" Horrible

Brand loyalty (ugh...did I just say that?) demands that I cut Chinesepod a BIT of slack but given that, for the last 5/6 years, I have paid a fair whack for the pleasure of your company, I can't help but develop a few expectations around service and quality. At the risk of sounding like an irritating 'I know my consumer rights' prat, it is nigh-on unforgivable that a glitch like this could last so long without being fixed.
