Just getting started

I've been talking to some friends I've made in China via Skype and it's been a lot of fun.  However, I think in order to really improve my Chinese I'm going to have to have a little more structure and direction surrounding what I should be studying.

I think I signed up in time to get the special that includes some lesson planning.  How do I begin to take advantage of that?
