Cancelling subscription

Hello everyone,

I have already posted elsewhere, but since this is becoming urgent for me (my subscription will renew in 5 days), I'd like to ask again: has anyone gone through the process of cancelling their subscription and if so, how did you go about it? I cannot find the button and support@chinespod has not yet replied to me.
