How do you say "red tea" in Chinese, given that in America, what we call "black tea" is called "hong cha" in chinese. Is it ?

I never saw 'red tea'. So I googled it. It says'red tea' is 'Rooibos'. Since it was never popluar in China, there is no Chinese word for it.  :-(

Rooibos is 南非茶 in Chinese according to Wikipedia and your suggestion seems correct as well. But as Vera says, it's not very popular in China.
