"to stretch" vocab

I heard a Chinese person say "ceng jin" to mean "to stretch", as in what athletes do. I can't find the combo in the dictionary (I can find "la jin"). Can anyone tell me what that "ceng" might be? Thanks

Actually it is probably: chen jin

抻筋

抻    chēn    to pull / to stretch / to draw sth out

筋骨    jīn gǔ    muscles and bones / physique / strength / courage
