Classes stops after 3 minutes' play, why?

One of my friend is used to listening to ChinesePod's 10 minutes classes everyday, some how recently he found that the record of the classes just stopped after being played for only 3 minutes,and he can not continute to listen to it. Can anybody know what happend and fix it???
