Subscription question

Hi ,

I really enjoy Chinese pod and love every minute of it.  However, due to time committments I wont be able to enjoy full use of its content this month. However, when I go into my account I cannot cancel my monthly subscription and I am afraid I will get billed for next month, my sub is up for renewal today.

 

Please advise

Apologies for this not getting answered sooner.

I have passed this on to my co-worker Sean who will be able to resove this issue.  

 

I will liaise with him to make sure this gets fixed ASAP.
