Trouble Downloading in Beijing

Is anyone else having trouble downloading?  I can't get it to even start downloading most of the time, and when it does start it often fails in the middle.  I've got no answer from Chinesepod support so far (although to be fair I only submitted yesterday).  I'm in Beijing, so maybe its just a typical China internet thing.
