Show versus demonstrate versus tell, shenme shenmen deng

Can some please explain how I tell people that someone will show them later?

Example #1) When my wife gets home she she will show you how to make soup

Example #2) When my wife gets home she she will show you the picture

Example #3) Don't worry about the directions, I will show you the building I am talking about when we are near.

 My thought is for #1 it maybe shifan (demonstrate), #2 maybe chushi but I seems wrong and #3 I am pretty sure it is just gaosu but wonder if there is another colloquial way to say the same?
