Ad hoc lesson purchases

Might I suggest adding the ability to purchase individual additonal lessons on top of one's subscription.  Sometimes I feel I could slot in an additional lesson but there is now way to just buy an add on.  Of course, the downside might be that people buy a lower level subscription and then just top up, so you would need to evaluate the net revenue impact, but just a suggestion.
