TV series in Mandarin?

Can anyone recommend a website where I can watch streams/clips of television series (both Chinese and Western), preferably legally. I've found all episodes of Heroes with Chinese subtitles, but have failed to discover a source that actually has some series completely in Mandarin, apart from Soldiers Sortie on youtube(someone mentioned it in the forum).

(Other languages like Spanish or Arabic are also appreciated)

There are several Chinese youtube-like sites where users post entire movies and TV show episodes. For example: www.56.com www.youku.com
