Technical question about downloads

This is probably a very stupid question, but I am going to ask anyway. Maybe somebody can help me.

I had to buy a new computer recently. On the old one, when I clicked on the download icon for lessons or the fix, the little download window (in firefox) would open and download, while I could continue doing whatever I was doing. Now, whenever I click on the lesson downloads, the lesson opens a window and starts playing. Only from there can I save it into my Cpod file.

Is there a better/faster/more convenient way to download lessons?

I'm not sure, but perhaps you need to right click then select something like 'Save Target As ...' from the pop up menu, then enter a file name.

Thanks weibaian, this seems to work. It says "save link as" and I thought it's not gone save the whole thing, but only the link to the internet... I feel a bit stupid... Thanks again. Saves me a lot of hassle
