thank heaven Cpod is not an insurance company (remember GM, they didn't use the right algorithms and financed suv's to who couldn't sell them) or a drug company.

Speaking of algorythms not working correctly the Sort Lessons by Rank option does not apepar to be working either.. a minor incovenience

in psychiatry I guess it would be 妄想狂, 妄想症 (zhèng) or 偏执狂, 妄想 being 'delusion', and 狂 'mania'. Might be different for casual use, if common at all.

And paranoia and paranoid? My dictionary suggests these three possibilities:
妄想狂 (wàngxiǎngkuáng)，偏执狂 (piānzhíkuáng) and 多疑症(duōyízhèng)

Yes, there is a problem with the MAU algorithm, it seems... We will look into it.
