Older Podcasts

Hey everyone! I've got a free account and have been listening to a couple of lessons a day on my computer, but I'd really love to be able to listen to them on my iPod. The problem is that the ChinesePod iTunes' page only displays the most recent podcasts.

Does anyone know how to get older podcasts onto an iPod?

if you download them from the lesson pages on the website you can then add them to your iTunes music library and transfer them the way you would normally transfer files to your ipod
