lost podcasts

I have managed somehow to loose all my old  podcasts. I can leave the computer on to get them back, but  I can not  figure out how to get then  any  one  willing to help? I can do yahoo messenger for step by step if it is  more than a few  steps I need to do.

you can try the torrent download (if you don´t find it here, you might Google it).
