How do I add vocab to the Glossary?

Or has that function been disabled in V4?

I need to add essential vocab like

兰韦尔普尔古因吉尔戈格里惠尔恩德罗布尔兰蒂西利奥戈戈戈赫

Hmmm...or maybe that kind of entry is exactly the reason why this option has been taken out....
