阴三儿/in3: Beijing hiphop

I'll admit, I don't like a lot of Chinese music -- sugary pop and Taiwanese boys acting hard aren't really my thing -- but every once in a while something catches my ear. Recently, one of those things has been 阴三儿, a hip hop trio from Beijing.

Links to two songs: 北京晚报 (lyrics) and 自由式 (lyrics).

The lyrics are not exactly family friends, but they flow and wrap nicely around the beats.

More information can be found on their artist page on Hiphop.cn.

太好了!Thanks John! This is just what I need!  Listening to rap in Korean really helped me pick up that language. I found it's actually easier for me than listening to pop. Funny thing is, I don't really like hip-hop in English.

I like ziyoushi and found it surprisingly easy to understand--easier, in fact, than some American hiphop songs I've heard. Of course, I'm more tolerant of things from cultures beside my own.
