igoogle themes

I have seen many iGoogle themes with panoramic scenes of various cities in various countries. I wish there was one of Shanghai (home of Cpod) and maybe more to follow of other locations in China. I am sure a poddie somewhere out there has the technical know how to create one. Or maybe a collaborative effort. Anyone interested?
