The 丸 in "执" and "孰" is not a phonetic part. Both characters belong to "会意字", which consists of a few semantic parts. In oracle bone scripts (甲骨文), the shape of 执 indicates “a man in handcuffs”, and 孰 “a man holding a platter in his hands”.

ok, that is what I thought, will remove. 孰 will have its own map anyway as it is a phonetic character.
