出口弱内需补中国全面推行家电下乡
从2月1日起，中国政府为推动农村消费试行的"家电下乡"政策推广至全国，更多电器产品被列入下乡补贴范围。
为搞活农村流通扩大消费，从2月1日起，中国政府"家电下乡"政策从以往试点的10多个省区推广到全国。
被列入家电下乡政策补贴范围的电器产品也从以往彩电、冰箱、洗衣机、手提电话四大类，增加了摩托车、电脑、热水器和空调等产品。
另外，为扩大市场覆盖面，今明两年将新建和改建农村商品配送中心，强化采购、储存等功能，进一步扩大农村消费。
中国官方媒体报道称，加电下乡全面推广，放大了农村7倍的购买力。
更有分析认为，在出口下降的形势下，家电下乡政策成为中国政府拉动内需，为家电企业促销的灵丹妙药。
根据这一政策，全国各地的农民购买指定品牌的家电时能享受到一定比例的政府财政补贴。
从元旦到1月中旬，各地共销售下乡产品超过16万台（部），是2008年12月份总销量的90%，其中洗衣机销量超过12月份销量的4倍。

electricity is supplied almost everywhere in china today.And the internet equipment in some country area is much better than big cities.

Haha, I know, it's a joke. Seriously, the problem is that, in China, electricity rates and Internet fees in rural areas are much higher than those in urban areas, although this is understandable considering the large area of China and the heavy cost of infrastructure construction in farming areas. Anyway, it wouldn't be an easy job for most poor farmers to pay electricity bills that are more expensive than ones in large cities.

Electricity rates are almost the same in the whole country. Internet fees are much cheaper in rural areas than big cities. For example, in my hometown a little county of shanxi province the internet fees is about half compared to Beijing.

Here is a news article (2009.2/2) about electricity rates in China (and some other issues). This year the Chinese authorities have announced five importants political measures for improving living standards in villages.
The top priority of the tasks is to improve the imbalance of electricity rates between rural and urban areas. "Much higher" might have been an exaggeratation, but it seems the problem hasn't been completely solved yet.
在民生事业的建设方面，今年在1号文件里面已经强调了五个重点，就是农村的电网建设，大的电网建设覆盖农村人口已经达到了95%左右，还有5%左右要通过其他的措施加快电网对他们的覆盖或者是供电对他们的保障。其中最重要的一条是要实现城乡之间用电的同网同价。
