EnglishPod for Newbies?

I just stumbled upon ChinesePod and think it's great. My in-laws (they're Chinese trying to learn some English her in the US) could use just the opposite, so I was happy to find Englishpod.cn.  But it seems that there are no newbie lessons (i.e. ones that would use mostly Chinese to explain some short and simple English dialogues) and the elementary lessons are a bit too advanced for them.  Any plans to introduce that?
