好像我不明白。 我没觉得这个笑话很逗,可能我没有幽默感, 还是我对这种笑话没有鉴赏力, 还是我就完全不懂?

my translation of it: Yesterday I got a mail from my dad, "alright" he wrote, " the toilets have no paper? Then I send your mum to bring some to you" So I guess, the guy is in china and told his father that chinese toilets don´t have any (toilet-)paper.

So he's supposed to print off the email (or is it a letter) and take it to his mum to use as toilet paper? ;)

as I understood it: the guys father send´s his (the guys) mother to the son (him) (probably in China) so he get´s some paper. But your idea is way faster in use I guess ;-)

We don't actually know who the son is actually talking. At first I assume it was a friend, but he could actually be talking to his mum. It could be that they're in the same house, and they've run out of toilet paper and the dad has already used the paper from our computer's printer, so he sent an email to his son's computer asking he to take that paper to his mum. This seemed like a very simple joke at first. LOL.
