Sentence Structure?

The sentence structure is quite confusing for me but is anyone willing to help me correct these? Or give me tips on how to improve? I added English translations just in case you don't understand my chinese sentences lol

大家好，今天我会展谈论我理想的屋子的设计图和外形。这屋子会在海边建成因为我喜欢海的景色。到夏天很会舒服

我理想的屋子将两 ceng 楼房 包括五间卧室, 两间客厅, 一间饭厅, 三间浴室, 一间洗衣房, 和一间书房还有双车房.

卧室都有组装的衣柜和双人床. 一间卧室有浴室因为这是一间主卧(master bedroom?). 卧室都楼上(upstairs?), 算在内(including?)间书房和一间客厅.

Shou xian, wo hui商讨 lou shang (在楼upstairs?). wo shi 3 hao fang jian zhe shi wo woshi, yin wei you yang tai. My bed will be facing the balcony so that I can wake up to a nice sunrise. Wo jian hai you yi ge dianshiji zai zuo bian (left corner of the room).

Firstly I will talk about the upstairs. Bedroom number 3 is my room as it will have a balcony. My bed will be facing the balcony so that I can wake up to a nice sunrise. My room will also have a TV and it will be in the left corner of the room.

Bedroom number 1 belongs to my sister and bedroom number 2 belongs to my brother. Bedroom number 4 is the master bedroom and bedroom number 5 is a guest room for family and friends who would like to stay over.

Jian shufang you yi ge shujia, liang ge diannao he xiao zhang zhuozi, zhuozi shi fang, hai you xiao shafa.

The study room will have a book case, 2 computers and a small table; the table will be a rectangular shape and will also have a small sofa.

The upstairs will have a living room. The room will be small but it will be very comfortable and relaxing. The room will have two sets of white sofas and a plasma TV hanging on the wall. A small table will be in the centre of the room on top a rug.

Louxia you yi jian keting, yi jian fanting, yi jian chufang, yi jian yushi he yi jian xiyifang. Ti zai youbian, qianmian damen (大门 entrance?). Jian keting shi fangzi zhongjian, fanting youbian he duimian yushi. Jian xiyifang  zai zuobian chufang.

Downstairs there is a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom and a laundry room. The stairs will be on the right across from the entrance. The living room is in the centre of the house, the dining room is on the right and the kitchen across from it. The laundry will be on the left of the kitchen.

In the far right corner of the living room will be a black grand piano. A small of red roses will be placed on top of the piano and a small chandelier will be hanging above the piano from the ceiling. This will be my favourite are in the house because I like to play the instrument and it will a nice area to relax.

Fangzi waimian you huayuan gen baise hua he zise hua yin wei wo xi huan zhe yanse. Yi ge water fountain zai caodi (草地 lawn?) zhongjian he gao(高tall?)hong(闳 gate?)  wo fangzi sizhou for security.

Outside of the house will be anice garden filled with white and purple flowers because they are my favourite colours. A water fountain will be in the centre of the lawn and a tall gate will surround the house for security.

Wo li xiang de fanzi hai you shuang chefang gen che dao.

My dream home will also have a double garage with a driveway.

Wo juede fangzi yinggai you (应该有 should have?) lingyige (另一个 another ?) shuangchefang. Wo fangzi shi kaojin (靠近 close?) haitan (海滩 beach?) suoyi wo xuyao (需要 need to?) you nuanqi (暖气 heater) yinwei dongtian hen leng.

I think my house should need another garage. My house will be situated near a beach and therefore it will be cold during winter and so my house will need to have heaters installed.
