Dog commands in Chinese

Posted by tingyun May 15, 2009 in the Group General Discussion.

Hi,

I like to chat with my dogs in chinese - and the CPod lessons on dogs (especially dog personalities, int) have been nice help for that.

I was wondering though, if anyone could list off common phrases chinese people use to interact with their dogs?  For instance, in US we commonly say something like "here boy" to have the dog come, and talk about playing "fetch" and "tug of war."  When they do something well, we might say "good dog!"  Any such chinese phrases would be appreciated.  For example, I've taken to saying "laiguo" to make them come, is that the normal phrase?  Is "zuoxia" the right way to command "sit?"
