New to ChinesePod....need help on finding early lessons...

Hiya

 

I am new to ChinesePod and need some help.

I want to work sequentially through the language lessons (I am newbie) from lesson 1,2,3,4 etc.

While finding lesson 1 to 6 was easy (in sets) I cant seem to find a simple way to find lessons 7, 8, 9 etc. Can you advise how to seach for them ? These are lesson ID's A0007, A0008 etc...

I have searched all over the site but cant seem to find them. Can someone pls help ?

Nick,

       Go to Lessons>Channels>Newbie and just under the intro there's a link 'full-list' (I linked to it here for you), click on that then go the the last page. You can work your way backwards towards page 1 (in order from the earliest to most recent lesson).

The reason why you couldn't find certain lessons is that we deleted some of the earlier lessons that were, in hindsight, of poor quality. Also when you search for a lesson number, just enter the 4 digits without the letter. eg. 1110 not e1110.

Also, the lesson levels are distributed randomly over the weekdays. So you will get a Newbie lesson every week but on different days of each week, hence the lesson code will not ascend in an even order.

Using the link above is what you are looking for.

One last thing, I don't recommend studying the lessons in ascending order as they are all the same level, theer is no ascending difficulty within each level. Instead I'd suggest choosing lessons by topics that interest you. For further info on how to optimize these searches just give us a shout.
