Flashcard suggestions?

Hi, I'm a the Newbie level. What are some creative ways of using the Flashcard/Audio dropdown feature? Seems like audio icon isn't very functional.

I'm finding my vocab list gets really large quickly. Any ideas? Any software out there for sentence flashcards? Is there a way to search for keywords in the Group section? (Didn't see it.)
