Internet access is currently disrupted for Wantong customers in China, ChinesePod included. This is due to a recent earthquake in the Taiwan area, which reportedly damaged the undersea fibre-optics cables that run between Asia and US. As a result, some of the ChinesePod customer management systems have been negatively impacted.
If you are experiencing any difficulties with your accounts, please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you as best we can.
Customers who may be affected include:
-New Guided subcribers - we are temporarily unable to process your account to set-up your program and assign your teacher to you.
-New Premium (12-month) subscribers - your upgrade to Guided, as part of the August promotion, temporarily cannot be processed.
